4th National Seafood EMS Summit!

SEAFOOD EMS SUMMIT – SUCCESS TO BE SHARED

Come along to the 4th National Seafood EMS Summit! It’s Free, it’s where the experts will be, and it’s on in Sydney on Thursday 19 April, 2007

The Summit, to be hosted by Seafood Services Australia (SSA), will bring together people interested in seafood environmental management systems to share information and learn from each other. It’s open to anyone with an interest in sustainable development of the Australian seafood industry — including producers from all states and territories, government agencies, NGOs, researchers, investors, certifying bodies and standards agencies.

The summit is conducted under SSA’s EMS Pathways project, funded by the Australian Government’s Natural Heritage Trust Pathways to Industry EMS program.

The future success of the seafood industry is largely dependent on taking initiative now on issues such as environmental management so become involved.
